We may collect personal information when you make your information known, such as signing up for the mailing list, authenticating your military status, making purchases, or interacting with DTBL. When you make a donation through our Web site, we may ask you to submit certain personal information (such as credit card information) so we can process your donation. We use the credit card information you provide only to fulfill the transaction you requested. 

Defending The Blue Line® is approved by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501 (C) (3) non-profit organization and all donations are tax-deductible to the extent provided by the law. This means that we can accept contributions and offer donors a tax deduction for their gifts. For donors like you, this means your contributions are fully tax-deductible to the amount allowed by law. Defending The Blue Line’s Federal Identification Number is (EIN) 27-0711063. No goods or services are exchanged for donations made to Defending The Blue Line®.

Your generous donation will go towards helping us achieve our mission: Keeping hockey alive
for the children of military parents by providing them with every opportunity to participate in the game of hockey. We accomplish this by providing free equipment for military kids, hockey camps, special events, and financial assistance for registration fees and other costs associated with hockey.

All orders are shipped by USPS within 5 business days from the date the order is placed.  Once shipped, domestic packages should arrive within 3 to 7 business days and international packages should arrive within 15 to 20 business days.
In the event your merchandise is not in stock at the time of order, you will be notified of an approximate shipping date.

How Do I Correct an Error in My Donation? 
We thank you for deciding to donate to Defending The Blue Line®. We ask that you make your choice to donate carefully to avoid errors. Should an error be made in the amount of any donation, the donor has 60 days in which to notify Defending The Blue Line of the error. The request should have the details of the initial donation including the date, amount, name of the donor, and the nature of the error. Any tax invoice issued for the incorrect amount becomes void and invalid, and a new tax invoice will be issued for the amount of the corrected donation.

How Do I Make a Return of DTBL Merchandise?
Contact us within the 30 day Return Period for Domestic and 60 Return Day Period for International orders.  After contacting us about returning the item, you can then return the item by USPS or any other form of delivery along with written instructions and address information as to a replacement or to refund your money. No refunds will be given for return shipping and delivery costs that you incur from this refund or return.
