Chairman of the DTBL Board, Mitch Prust is a computer scientist who has developed mission-critical IT and communications solutions for Department of Defense, intelligence, homeland security, civil, healthcare and commercial customers. For one large engagement, he led a team of architects that created the world's largest private network for the Department of Defense - second in size only to the Internet itself. More than 700,000 users on nearly 400,000 computers and 4,000 servers located in 620 locations are connected. Prust has an intellectual property portfolio that includes several cloud computing and data storage related patents. He is the founder of an intellectual property business and serves as a COO for a Minnesota based data center solutions provider.
