LumberYard Season Kickoff
The LumberYard Hockey and Sports Center, located in Stillwater, Minnesota, is hosting a Season Kick-Off on September 15, 2012. As a part of this celebration, they are also hosting a 5k Charity Fun Run/Walk, and The LumberYard has chosen DTBL to be a beneficiary of the profits earned.
The following five charities are being supported at this event:
- Defending the Blue Line
- Youth Advantage
- Lymphoma Research Foundation
- The Courage Center
- Minnesota Special Hockey
The day will start with the run at 10:00 AM, and continue with family-friendly activities including a grill-out in the parking lot, open hockey, turf games, an inflatable bounce house, and a silent auction. The food that day will be hosted by Brine's Market (Stillwater) and Dairy Queen Grill and Chill (Downtown Stillwater).
