Anaheim Ducks
The Anaheim Ducks support DTBL.
The Ducks are a professional ice hockey team with the NHL based in Anaheim, California. They were founded in 1993 by The Walt Disney Company. There name was based on the 1992 film "The Mighty Ducks". In 2005, Henry and Susan Samueli bought the Ducks and changed their name to the Anaheim Ducks before the 2006–07 season.
In 2011, the Ducks and the Samueli Foundation donated $10,000 to DTBL. This generous gift will go a long way toward furthering our mission in helping military kids in southern California play hockey. The Ducks also donated suite tickets during the 2011/2012 season which has been a great treat for our service members in that area.
Thanks to the Anaheim Ducks for helping Defending The Blue Line grow and prosper in southern California!
