New York Rangers
The New York Rangers support DTBL.
In 2011 they handed out two annual camp scholarships to military children in memory of Derek Boogaard. The recipients were two 8-year old boys from New York City who each had family members serving in the military. They were chosen from the Defending The Blue Line program. The boys attended a hockey camp at the Madison Square Garden Training Center in Tarrytown, NY.
